| By purchasing from wickedtoybox.co.uk you declare you are aged 18 years or over or have legal rights to own adult products in your community or area. If you are not of legal age, wickedtoybox.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order. |

| Wickedtoybox.co.uk is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal information will not be passed to a third party. |

| Contract |
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may choose to cancel your order at any time. A contract between Wickedtoybox.co.uk only exists once your order has been despatched.
A secure encrypted checkout process is provided to protect your personal information. This is done with our checkout provider and is backed by Verisign(TM). |

| Delivery |
All orders are sent by a traceable method and will need a signature upon delivery. If you miss your delivery a card will be left with details of how you can arrange redelivery or collection. This must be done within 7 days otherwise the courier will return your order to us. We can still redespatch your order at this time, but we will need to recharge the delivery fee. This will only be done with your consent.
If you would like to cancel your order at this stage, you can do so, however we cannot refund the delivery charge. |

| Returns and refund policy |

| Unwanted goods |
Wickedtoybox.co.uk will offer a full refund, less our postage costs, within 14 days – no questions asked!
If you wish to exchange the goods ordered for any reason what so ever, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products are returned in an unfit state, used or any of the original packaging is missing or broken. We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions. |

| Faulty or incorrect goods |
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to support@wickedtoybox.co.uk ASAP. However, we do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange.
Wickedtoybox.co.uk offers a 90 days replacement policy on all faulty products.
Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement. Please clean items before returning.
All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working. |

| Cancellations |
| You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made. |

| Lingerie and sexy clothing |
If your lingerie or sexy clothing doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you are looking for then don’t worry. We are happy to refund or exchange items but you must follow some rules.
You will need to make sure all labels are still attached. We cannot accept items back if they have been removed unless they are faulty.
Do try items on but please leave your underwear on.
If we feel that non-faulty items have been worn or soiled we will not issue a refund but return the goods to you at your expense. |

| Returning DVDs |
| As stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened. |

| Refunds |
| A refund cannot be issued until wickedtoybox.co.uk receive the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At wickedtoybox.co.uk we aim to refund you within 14 days. |

| How to return an item |
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.
We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
